Can't find the Level-D/POSKY 757 merge file...

I know there have been posts that describe how to merge the POSKY 757 with the Level-D panel - but I just can't find them anymore (the one on the LDS forum has been deleted, they don't support that).Anyone can either point me to a description or briefly tell me how to do it? Is the result a realistic one?Thanks!Chris
