When I go to load my 737 or 777 it is asking me to reenter the registration, when I go to reenter it I get this message:  FixAtCommonrRpairLocalTrustedStorage.  What do I need to do to fix this???

This means that you have (or some other program has) disabled FlexNet.

 

Start > Type "Services.msc" (no quotes) > Find FlexNet in the list > Make sure it's set to "Manual."
