I'd like to be able to pan "around" the plane with one joystick hat switch key.  The current "Pan Left/Right" and "Move Left/Right" assignment has the camera stay in position while panning right/left.  I'd like the camera to pan Left/Right AND "around" at the same time.  This is for "External" views only of course. 

 

Is this something that can be done or exists already and I'm not configured properly?
