December 3, 200520 yr I just tried flying in Europe for the first time, specifically the UK. I activated ATC and was surprised that the voices were the same American ones I always hear. I thought FS changed voice accents for specific regions and countries. Can this be done in FS or is it only through an addon? Thanks. Tom

December 3, 200520 yr While you can't change the accents EditVoicepack will allow you to use ICAO phrases instead of the US only FAA phrases.

December 4, 200520 yr I have not tried any of the radar contact or traffic programs out there, but I must say, without EditVoicepack, flight sim would not be the same! All the new airlines and airports are spoken correctly, but yes, they are in American accents. Flight sim isn't perfect, but I highly recommend editvoicepack!
