Process Explorer Anomoly

Since moving to FSX-SE I installed process explorer and found it very useful. However, for some reason, it has recently started rolling the displayed items up and down the screen. It didn't used to do this and it makes it almost impossible to put the curser over an item to highlight it or view the program. Is there something that has 'kicked in' that is running in the background. If so, I have been unable to find it. Has anyone got any ideas about this? Thanks. Here's a YouTube video.
