How to solve this problem?

 

 

RUNNING Fsx -> PMDG777 starting -> preflight complet -> cruze -> STOP FSX (FSX has stopped working. There was no warning sign.) JUST STOP

First you should check the EventViewer for the faulting module and additional information. There are quite many reasons why this could happen. Did it happen just once or you can repeat it?
