noticed the FT eham afcad is at +4ft elevation while stock one and quick search say -11ft, which one is correct/up to date?

 

The correct one is -11 ft it's the real life elevation.

Albert Vermeule,has a radar designed for Flytampa and for NL2000 this radar is TAR (Terminal area radar) along the V taxiway.

It's a new radar just ready a couple of months.

I'ts available here in the Avsim library under the name : tar_360008.zip

I'ts working in FSX,FSX-steam and Prepard 3D and the radar rotates.
