Accessing downloaded liveries

I use SIMstarter NG and all of my downloaded &NGX liveries are available to setup profiles. However when I load FSX and look for a livery, say Virgin Australia, all that appear to be available are the PMDG House liveries. Where are the others?

NGX liveries can only be added via the PMDG Operations Center, accessible via the start menu. I don't know anything about Simstarter, but I assume it can't bypass this. Also, first things first, make sure 'show all variations' is checked in the aircraft selection menu in FSX.
