What 'turbulence settings' do you guys change from value '1.0' on airliners like the B738/A320/B777 for a more realistic feel?

Just curious, bought ChasePlane a few hours ago and I wonder what settings should be changed from their default values to get an (even) more realistic feel in airliners.

Good question. I am on testing. Not easy to find a good set for Pmdg, Airbus...
