Multi-boot and number of disk drives

Hello,

 

I have a multi-boot system that I use for P3D and all other games on separate instances of OS (2 boots).

I think I have too many disk drives in my box connected to the mobo: 3xHDDs and 4xSSDs. Does it make sense performance-wise to disable unused HDDs/SSDs in Device Manager in each instance of OS?
