Replacing air files

Featured Replies

Good day, I would like to replace the air files of the dash 8's and atr's in my Ultimate Traffic files with those of the HTAI B1900's. Is it as simple as renaming the air file of the B1900 and dropping it into the aircraft folder of the dash 8's and atr's? Thanks for any assistanceJ.C. (MYNN)

The .cfg file overwrites/amends the .air file where data is included in both, but also has information that relates to the data in the .air file that will be messed up without them being a matched pair. You might get lucky, but you probably won't!If all you want to do is something simple, maybe you can do it by changing just the aircaft.cfg file.Allcott
