Movement of panning using the hat switch

I don't  have  the issue of  the stuttering( as mentioned  in another  post)  using the hat  switch  although  the  speed is  slower  than before  installing chase plane  is  there  anywhere to  speed  it  up(in the vc  mode  not  within the gui of chase plane),  or  a  step that i missed out on

I7-800k,Corsair h1101 cooler ,Asus Strix Gaming Intel Z370 S11 motherboard, Corsair 32gb ramDD4,    2  ssd 500gb 970 drive, gtx 1080ti Card,  RM850 power supply
