cockpit window reflections

Featured Replies

I have the IFLY 737.  I would love to remove the cockpit window reflections.  they are somewhat distracting and I would like to have a nice clear view out of the window.  Is this even possible?  Secondly is there a way to lower the volume on the left and right pack.  they are quite loud.  I have tried lowering the volume settings in FSX but that did not work.  any help would be appreciated.

Use DXTBmp to find window reflection texture, then add an editor to DXTBmp (I use Photoshop), click on Send to Editor, edit the texture by making the windows more black (more transparent), save it, then go back to DXTBmp, refresh the texture by clicking on Refresh after Edit, and save the texture.

Regarding packs sounds, use Audacity freeware sound editor to reduce the volume/gain of the appropriate wav file and then save it.

Don't forget to backup before changing anything!
