I want to know how much wind has to blow to be able to see the fan turning without any power.

 

Is that anyway to change the sensibility of the fan?

I want to know how much wind has to blow to be able to see the fan turning without any power.

 

Set the plane on the ground. Use slew to turn it into the wind. The amount of wind will determine how much response you get.
