As there's the livery in the Operations center but the "notes symbol" is missing, I assume that there's no real aircraft options associated with the livery. So I was asking if somebody knew that.

For example, looking at some photos on airliners.net I noticed they use LBS for fuel and they have the analogic clock but no more.

N778LA use Kg

Thank you for your input. I'm afraid it's not something you can show in a picture: I was looking for the real options of the aircraft like callouts, no-smoking button available or not, TO-1/2 available or not, something like that.

These function can be change at the FMC, at Aircraft function > equipment
