Anyone ever get in phone contact with NaturalPoint

I've been trying to get them on the phone (9-5 pst) and can only get the automated service and not a human. Left call back number but no way of knowing how long it might take..Anyone have any customer service experience with them ? I'm getting the feeling they are a cottage industry without personel to handle things.. but don't know for sure.Don't want to just keep waiting on a call back that never comes as so often happens these days..Thanks,

they are located in my local area. I have been to their offices about a year ago when I bought my Track2 direct from them over the counter. Standard small warehouse setup in a business center with a couple of front offices. Seems about 4 folks upfront (receptionist, manager, 2 phone techs). In back about 3 folks filling orders and packaging.Not to cottage but probably just swamped.

Thanks Mike...Still no return call, but did get some Email going at last.. Wish them nothing but success with the new products.. looks like a really great thing to have. With the "Vector extension" that is..
