February 4, 20179 yr hello i am trying to submit a ticket to support but the i cant Retrieve my Password no email is sent. i have looked in junk mail and spam but nothing is coming through. could you check you end please thanks
February 4, 20179 yr Commercial Member Tim, The Support Portal requires a completely separate account from the PMDG Ecommerce site. Did you establish a new account, it not you can't recover a password for an account that doesn't exist yet. February 4, 20179 yr Hi Paul thanks for the help i thought i had a account but its a long time ago. I tried to register a account for a support ticket today but apparently my email address is already recognized so i assumed i must have had support in the past. i will have another look and see, maybe i have to be logged in to the ecommerce account first ? nope that didn't work. i think it would just be easier to delete my email in support accounts & then re register. However I see that your the Manager of Customer/Technical Support I don't want to be cheeky but could you have a look at this for me when you have a minute its not an emergency or anything but it would be cool if we could sort this out. i posted it in the pmdg queen of the sky's II forum http://www.avsim.com/topic/503509-missing-textures/ again thank you for any help Tim
