Do I have to file an IFR flight plan if it's foggy?

You obviously got into something stronger than your average Egg Nog. The answer is "Yes" of course! Cut down on the libations and it will clear to VFR shortly, I am sure. Now I will keep you from further embarrassing yourself by locking this one up. :-)
