Of course, one can't make commercial use of the data: https://global.adsbexchange.com/VirtualRadar/desktop.html To get a json file of all the aircraft from 0 to 100 nM from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (KPHX), use this link: http://public-api.adsbexchange.com/VirtualRadar/AircraftList.json?lat=33.433638&lng=-112.008113&fDstL=0&fDstU=100 The documentation shows how to get any type of aircraft data via using various filters. It's too bad that Rob A. is presently preoccupied or he might jump at the chance to write an app.
