This may be intermittent as Amazon recovers, though it appears to be serviceable at the moment. For more detail, the edited original text follows: Earlier this afternoon, Amazon's AWS began to have issues that have affected a number of companies, apps, and services in various areas. This, of course, also included us as we use their network to quickly distribute our products worldwide. What this affected: -Product downloads (you can access your account and find order information and license keys) -Livery downloads -Operations Center Version checking What this did not affect: -Licensing. If you're seeing an issue contact support via the official support portal. -General PMDG site access (our website is hosted in a different location) -Support Portal access Downloads appear to be working again via the Operations Center and account pages.
