Having browsed these forums, I have noticed that if people are having difficulties in getting any response relating to redownloading the software, asking here seems to get it done.

I purchased Radar Contact in 2013, but at the time could not get it to work with my system, and at the time I wasn't bothered enough to try to fix it. 

Now, I wish to retry it. I have sent an email to jd, last week, but no response. Is there any help on hand to try to get me the link?

Send your current product code including any - along with your previous and current user name and previous and current e-mail address to [email protected] subject RC Registration update user data and download link. Updating the user data after you start the install should allow the automatic registration to function.
