Cant activate 777LRF at P3D 3.2.3

Hi all

 

just bought the 777LRF and installed it.Running P3D and after selecting the plane the activation window came on screen and i put the act code that send me from PMDG.After 10 sec the act screen message that .......UNABLE TO CONNECT TO ACTIVATION SERVER .PLEASE CHECK YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION AND TRY AGAIN.....and then when i pressed OK a new message came saying.....YOU DONT HAVE A VALID LICENCE INSTALLED FOR THIS PROGRAM......

Whats wrong with it ?

Am i doing something wrong or what ? ?

I recommend communicating directly with PMDG on activations issues.  This is a users forum and there's not much we can do except to recommend you turn off anti virus and firewall software, and point out that full names on are required on all posts here.

What a support package is ? I have already send a ticket and Ryan Maziarz replied.....unfortunatelly i still CANT FOUND the problem.

Full names on all posts here please.

You should communicate directly with Product Support, if their reply didn't solve the problem then you should reply to them not the user forum.
