Simconnect is not working anymore

Featured Replies

Dear All,

First, even though the topic seems familiar and again seems to be as a duplication, actually it is not. I have spent serious amount of time to searching all the web but I did not encountered such kind of content. If there is, sorry in advance..

Briefly, I am using P3Dv3.4.2 on a networked (2) computers. I do not remember exactly at what stage I have lost the connection between 2 computers but I realized it after having installed Ezdokv2. When I dig into it on the web, I saw that Ezdok might be the reason. I followed the instructions ( I deleted Ezdok lines from exe.xml). but it did not work. Then I uninstalled Ezdok completely but still not working (widefs says waiting for a connection). Regarding the simconnect files (xml, ini, etc) they are in the right folders where they should be.

Does anyone encountered such kind of problem?

Thanks,

Hakan

Your router may have changed your PC's Internal IP address... check in Command prompt with the ipconfig command and ensure the address is correct in the simconnect.xml file.

Hi Jorge - Checked it right now. It is the fix ip I've already set, which means no change.

Thanks,
