Recommendation for new monitor

Featured Replies

Hi Guys, i'm searching for a new screen to play our fav game, have narrowed down to the options below :

1/  Dell U2715H (http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/reviews/dell_u2715h.htm)
2/  LG 34UC79G (http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/reviews/lg_34uc79g.htm)
3/  AOC Q3277PQU
4/  OMEN by HP 32 "

My budget is about £450-550 and will share the screen for work as well. What would you recommend?

My initial thought would be the LG.

I have this monitor and can highly recommend it. Very well made with an excellent stand. Sharp, bright image (very bright, out of the box but easily adjustable) with very good viewing angles. No flicker at low brightness levels which some monitors suffer with and no noticeable lag or ghosting when playing games. I can't think of anything I would criticise although I haven't tried the speakers. I have no affiliation to AOC, I'm just a very satisfied customer.
