May 27, 20179 yr Good Morning Apologizes for another ram / motherboard thread I Currently have the below motherboard. Im led to believe it can hold 32 gig ram. https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/P8Z77V/ Would it be able to hold the below ram with a 980ti installed aswell. http://www.ebuyer.com/700768-corsair-vengeance-pro-32gb-4-x-8gb-memory-kit-pc3-19200-2400mhz-ddr3-cmy32gx3m4a2400c11r Also am I right in thinking if p3d v4 is 64bit it will use upto 64 gig of ram. Many thanks in advance.
May 27, 20179 yr 64 bit applications are not restricted to 4gig ram access of 32 bit applications. The maximum ram that can be used by 64 applications, in theory, is 8 tb(not gig). You also need a 64 bit windows version to run the pending release of P3D v4, to be able to access the greater ram. It appears your mobo can hold 32 gig ram. Steve
