June 2, 20179 yr With the release of v4 of p3d would it still be a good idea to install the uiautomationcore.dll or something like that i cant remember the exact name into the sim folder. I remember seeing it in the manuals but havent been able to find it. If it is still a good idea can some where point me to where it is located these days? Tyson Dohrer
June 2, 20179 yr There is a link to it in the intro manual, at least in the 747, anyway. Since you posted in the general forums and I don't know what planes you have, I don't know if it would be information provided in the manual for the 737 or the 777. That said, the intro manual for the 747 seems to only indicate needing it for FSX. It says it's not required for FSX Steam, and I don't see any mention of it for P3D at all. June 3, 20179 yr uiautomationcore hasn't been a needed fix since FSX (pre-Steam) - Dovetail patched it for the Steam edition, and Lockheed Martin also fixed the bug when they released Prepar3d originally. Best case, it'll do nothing. Worst case installing the file will introduce instability for you. Mark Fox Mark Fox
