FSCommander database manager no longer works v3/v4

Just a FYI for anyone who updated to the new FSDreamteam installer for v3 / v4. FSCommander (FCS) database manager can not read the scenery files in the new addon distribution system there using. Since the entries are no longer in the scenery.cfg and have been moved to the scenery_add-ons.xml the program can not read the AFCAD files for update. I'm sure FSC will get around to updating it.
