I haven’t had a chance to try out the new Atlanta update. Has anybody noticed a performance increase or smoothness with the latest update?

It’s the configuration panel to select options for Atlanta, not your simulator settings.

I've done a few flights in the 737 Max SP1 and find it has a strange FPS dropping bug of some type. In cruise I will hold 99 FPS with no problems (FG 33x3) and suddenly my FPS will start to drop down to the 70's for a minute or two and then return back to 99. When this happens I notice that all my gauges will also start to stutter. This seems to be a new issue as there are 42 mentions of this on the discord channel. I never experienced this prior to SP1 and I flew the 737 a lot.

Not true for the larger dev teams like PMDG, Orbx, iniBuilds etc. And there are plenty of devs who did not attend this year. I just think the FSExpo is a great opportunity due to all the coverage it gets during that weekend.

How come none of the developers have anything ready for release during FSExpo weekend? They always release a trailer showing what is coming soon but I can’t remember any showing a premier trailer video and at the end of the video announcing it’s available today at the end of the video.

I was the one that mentioned it earlier. Friend of mine told me DD Midway has mesh issues after installing CU15. I haven’t had time to test it my self. He later reported that after a restart that it seems to be working ok.

I agree, I would love to see the longer L-1011-1 but knowing iniBuilds, we won’t see it. They always advertise expansions but never follow through. The A300 avionics expansion never happened.

I wonder if it will conflict with Samscene3d Minneapolis. I take it we can ditch drzewiecki design chicago landmarks. I heard from another users that it messes up drzewiecki design midway.

After the last SU updates my Content.xml moved from the LocalCache folder to the LocalCache/UserName folder, user name being your Xbox name. In there is my Content.XML that is currently being used. The one in the old location hasn't been touched in months but the new one is active. Just aded a scenery and checked after boot and its in the current content.xml.

Is it safe to edit my content.xml to disable Challenges/Missions? I use a program called real content manager for msfs 2024 to which allow me to disable them. I don’t see it causing an issue.

When you refer to streamed packages are your refering to scenery only or other options like POI, Adventures, planes, etc. Thanks for the insight.

The Dev said he did not touch the ILS "Ils is left to default, i have not touched at all" but there are a few reports of the ILS not working or off on approach. I know I had issues with 27L and 28 one day but it worked the next flight. I did not have issues with the versions prior to 1.0.3.

I'm using simple mode as it maintains the slopes and removes the bumps and wobbles on the taxiways. Even the Victor and Whiskey Loops look great now.

I'll be happy if or when the gate numbers are added to the jetways.

From the developer. Standard options is the standard mesh, which is more precise and with all the elevation changes throught the entire airport surface. This might have bumps. Simple mesh is more simple mesh, no bumps at all. Keep all realistic runway profile, Vloop and cliffs. But no elevation changes throught the airport surface
