June 5, 20178 yr Ok, so I am fully aware of all the posts regarding this topic and I have looked at the ones I could find. (by the amount of looking on the internet for a solution, there were a lot) But I just cannot understand why the transaction must be declined, I bought 3 other pmdg products without this message and I tried maybe 7 times on two different cards. I did not change cards or banks, and at the time of this post it's too late to call the bank/card company for authorization. I was trying to buy the pmdg 737 for P3D because I want to get rid of FSX as soon as possible, it is just full of problems and it's at the point I get OOMs at the gate. Is this maybe because of the P3D v4 release?
June 6, 20178 yr Hi Sean, If the transaction is declined means the purchase is failed. PMDG didn't receive the money you paid. This forum is supposed to be a technical support forum. And they cannot help you with purchase the problem. You might have to contact your financial institution to investigate the transaction. Hope this helps.
