After it shows that it's installed I get a pop up that says; 

XML Tools 2.01 Installer

XML Tools.DLL successfully installed in FSX main folder

DLL XML not found

Cannot find the file for this user. A manual search and update is recommended.

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
