737 Activation error

Hey guys I was wondering if you could help me, My NGX isnt playing ball and before this is was brilliant and always worked, Now I have to re-enter my activation code its saying an error can anyone help?

Error code is: ERROR: flxActCommonRepairToolTrustedStorage - (50044,71013,1)

Any help would be amazing!

Welcome to the forum. Full names - first and last - are required in your posts here.

This error message comes up because you, or something else on your computer (anti-virus program) has disabled FlexNET.

Start > type "services.msc" (no quotes) and hit enter > Find FlexNet in the list > ensure that it is set to manual.
