Hey pmdg, 

Curious, i have V3 right now. Im still waitong for other addons to update before i move to V4.

If i buy the 737ngx and the dc6 "when its released" on V3. Will i still be able to upgrade free of cost when i get V4??

Yes- you will.  There is no cutoff or limitation on the ability to move between Prepar3D v3 and Prepar3D v4.
