I bought Multi Crew Exp. at FSPilot shop.com sent the E-Mail and got a reply saying it is a two (2) step process  i spent 74.90 USD and I have to perchance it again 

fspilot shop gave me a registration code

There was a discrepancy in the full name listed in FsPiotshop vendor panel (Not Dennis). And since they don't list the full e-mail address, it wasn't easy to spot it immediately. Never mind the fact that you only tried to register it first time, having bought it 3 moths ago.
