Somehow I was only able to create a topic in this section of the forum, so thats what I did. 

I am writing this on behalf of my grandpa who is an avid FSX user (and wants to try the steam edition). 

 

We have installed the steam edition and are now trying to install some of the PMDG airplaines that he has got (specific: 737ngx-800/900 & 777-200lr/f). However, we need to download specific installers for these airplaines as the hardcopy ones are outdated and wont work on the steam edition. When we login into the PDMG website we are unable to donwload them, because my grandpa owns these airplaines in hardcopy and not through the PDMG website, therefore there are no orders on the site and no products are attached to his account. So we are unable to download the steam version of these airplaines. 

We were told we could ask a question here, hopefully someone is able to help us out.
