Skylake-X Upgrade for Prepar3D worth it?

Hi, im planning to upgrade to a new system mainly for Prepar3D.
Do you think this would be good enough for max. settings with PMDG/ORBX/ASN?
If not, do you have any advice what I could improve? Thanks
