Airport Elevation problems (but no Vector?)

Anyone know how to go about fixing this problem.  It is happening at FSimStudios CYTZ.  I have Global and LC installed but this is in P3D v4 so normally I would think its a Vector elevation problem but there is no Vector for v4 ?  I also have Fly Tampa CYYZ installed and problem is not fixed when I de-activate that scenery.

Only other thing that may be a problem is Pilot's Global Ultimate Mesh.  I have run the flattening tool for this airport but no change.
