Fuel planner

HI All, I am looking for a program which can calculate fuel loads for planning purposes. I am aware that there is many excel sheets around to compile fuel loads and pax figures but most are very complex and difficult to understand. Does anyone know of a program or file that does the lot?Kind regardsDaren
