Administrator problem loading scenery

Hi All,Try to make a long story short, FS9 stopped loading scenery objects on startup. After hours of trying to figure out the problem someone on the forum suggested restore the computer back prior to the problem. It worked and FS started working. Now a new problem, I get the following statement when FS is executed:
