Can't change push to talk button?

Hi guys, just installed MCE for Prepar3d V4.  I can't seem to change the PTT button.  In fact it won't register any of my joysticks.

 

Any thoughts on how to trouble shoot this?

Tried erasing the joystick entry in the .ini.  No luck.  Seems that MCE isn't recognizing any of my controllers.  Running MCE as administrator

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
