Filter refers to Anisotropic Filtering (AF), Emile, and should be enabled here. i.e. it should be "1". Generally, with ATI cards AA is set on the card only, and off within the sim. AF is set on on the card and on in the sim.I believe with nVidia - both AA and AF are on in the sim and on the card.
