February 28, 200521 yr I'm not looking to swap meet and not sure where else to else to post this. I just need info on where I can purchase this radio for 118-136MHz frequency so I can tune in and monitor ATC, ground and pilot radio transmissions. I'm a student pilot and this would really help me. The cheap models costs about $20.
February 28, 200521 yr eBay?Also many scanners cover those frequencies; I've got a Uniden model that is commonly available and does fine.You're right, it does help. Many times there's a radio in the lounges at FBOs too, where you can sit and listen while watching traffic on the field. That helps even more.

Live ATCfrom most of the GA fields in the Phoenix Metro area including KDVT,which I believe is one of the busiest in the U.S. He use to have KPHX but I just checked the site and its no longerlisted.
