July 30, 20178 yr Hi, finally I took time and started uninstalling my PMDG products.. at the same time I tried to login to my account in PMDG shop in order to download the updated files for my planes ( NGX, 6700 and 777). July 30, 20178 yr Commercial Member Are you sure you are using the correct email address? Check the email you haev received when you bought a product to see the email used.
