I lost the operation center .exe file and have been unable to run it.

I have the OPS center updater but when running this it seems to lock up and will not go further.

I have tried to download the 800NGX again and on that run both modify and repair without any help.

What do I do wrong?

Likely your virus scanner program getting too aggressive. What anti-virus program do you use?

Never heard of it, but I'd recommend removing it and simply using Windows Defender. If you look in that program's quarantine, you may find the OC there.
