Buttons won't work anymore

Hi,

After i updated the 737ngx via the PMDG Operations Center i cannot use the buttons in the cockpit anymore. I had Simconnect installed, i did a test, it did not work. I deleted Simconnect and installed it again but after the test i did not work. What can i do so that i can use the buttons of the cockpit again?

When you updated did you uninstall and reinstall or had the repair function?
