v4 - Loading Scenery Mid Flight?

So here's a new one for me.  Taking off out of SFO headed to LAX, about 10 minutes after departure the sim just stops, loads gives me the loading screen, and then keeps going...  I've never noticed that before.  Running the usual ORBX stuff and the latest SFO HD v2.  So far no other issues but I've never seen that happen before.  Any ideas?

Do you have time sync ticked in FSUIPC or FSReal Time ?

Nope, no time sync option enabled in FSUIPC and no FSReal Time installed.  Only seems to have happened once just curious what could have caused it.  I dont think I hit anything on the keyboard but maybe I hit something.  Strange indeed.
