Rain?

I am new with V4. Just changed the default weather to gray and rainy. Rain looks more like snow; very white streaks. Is there a way to tone this down to look more like real rain?

Did you enable the new precipiation option on the weather tab? Looks a lot better than it did before v4 (where I really needed PrecipitFX: don't need that one anymore now).

I was just about to ask about this myself.

Were you able to improve the rain effect?

Train I ask is I'm wrong the very same thing how the rain looks more like snow or maybe a mix of snow and rain.

I do think I already have the option mentioned enabled but will check when I'm at the my PC.
