March 3, 200620 yr HEY JEFF!! How's it goin man!! ..........Let's no go overboard with endorsements now, but yea, I like it, it's got a cool little retro feel to it. It's a little hokey here and there and needs work, not to mention, I am a ** for new flight sim software. However, I cant figure out how to start up the engines wihtout CTRL-E; oh well............contract me man, I miss ya !!Randy Jura, KPDX
March 4, 200620 yr Sorry, but it's all too true. The other thread is not where my head is about this product. I'll leave the negativity there and start my own. And I do not like the way Captn Sim carries on their business at all in the past and Im not sure I like the way they do customer support now, but I gotta tell you, I am enjoying this little bird a lot. OK, the gauges a bit hokey, but I really like the VC...some of it is clickable, other spots bring up a little windows. I cant find a 2D panel, I dont care. I like the fact that the 2D window slot is open with a few gauges when I do an approach that I cant see out the front of the aircraft. I know, that's not cool, too bad. I like it. The VC is very nice, and frame rate friendly and I love the animated things, tons of them. The engine sounds are SUPER. The FMC is just a demo right now I guess, I dont care. It looks great, it sounds great. I'll patiently wait for the other blocks and wait for PSS and Level D to make their pitches by the end of the year. Until then I will enjoy the CaptN Sim offering !!Randy Jura, KPDX
