Only kind of. It's more like a scripting engine, you can also use it to set up rescue mission, fire fighting etc

The basics should work, but it is (probably) not supported in all features. However, if a user requests support for a new plane and is willing to use Linda to figure out which variables the plane uses for doors, beacon lights and so on, then Dutch and Travis try their best to support the plane.
