FEATURE REQUEST: cyclic button assignment for custom cameras

Featured Replies

I was thinking how nice it would be have a cyclic key assigned (global) that would cycle thru whatever custom cameras I have define for a specific aircraft ... example (i.e. CO, Overhead, FO, center console, CO left, FO right, etc.).  I know I can assign buttons to each custom camera, but I wasn't able to locate any option to assign a button to cycle each camera in a specific view group (i.e. Inside, Outside, Static).

The assignment would operate with the currently selected view group (i.e. Inside).

Hi Rob, you can assign a control to Previous Preset and Next Preset in the Preferences.

You can use the search box to find them.

Oh my, I must have missed that option ... will check again tonight.

HI Keven,

Preset cycle is working with one small bug, if I only have ONE preset defined, the cycle previous next will do nothing.  I was expecting the cycle to load the single preset - for example if I'm just moving around the VC and I want to get back to my one Preset.

Otherwise feature is working great and normal use case probably would have more than one preset defined so the cycle would work as expected.

Cheers, Rob.

We are planning on doing this exact change to the behavior.

It's on the list
