Does anyone know if FS Real Cockpit Effect has any issue when it comes to clicking on switches, buttons, and knobs?

 

It seems as FS Real Cockpit effect bounces the view around a little, which makes it seem to me like trying to click on a small switch would be hard because you're moving around.
